The Best Agents Panel

Our panel comprises of the best selling agents throughout Scotland, be they solicitors or independent estate agents. We will use corporates but onle where they have a proven track record. Panel appointment is based solely on performance. Selling agents are carefully assessed and monitored and because we work in partnership with them, we believe that, together, we achieve the best possible results for our clients and their Borrowers.

Contracting In-House

AC Contracting (Scotland) ('ACCS') is a subsidiary of Aberdein Considine and carries out property maintenance across the country. Based in central Scotland, the business has a substantive team of retained skilled tradesmen that are blended with retained contractors in order to ensure the highest quality of skills and workmanship are delivered at every job.
