DR²

Our Dispute Resolution and Debt Recovery Department (otherwise known as DR²) is one of the largest in Scotland and contains highly skilled litigators with a diverse spread of knowledge, experience and expertise.

Our Philosophy

In business, and in life, disputes and breakdowns in relationships are unfortunately inevitable. How those representing companies and individuals who find themselves in these situations conduct litigation is fundamental in getting the right result for every client, in every case.

Our team of lawyers' strategic, creative and advocacy talents ensure that we plan, implement and evolve a bespoke strategy for every case and every client. Each set of facts and circumstances is analysed in detail without any presumptions, the client's appetite for litigation is assessed and a strategic approach agreed from the outset.

Strong Relationships

Our solicitors pride themselves in their strong working relationships with other lawyers, Scotland's justiciary and most importantly, their clients. Only through mutual respect and trust do we ensure that, no matter what the legal issues are, our clients get the result that they are looking for.
