Web Marketing

As well as featuring on our own busy website, we are full members of Aberdeen and Perthshire Solicitors’ Property Centres. For an additional fee, your property can also be listed with the relevant Centre.

Protecting

We will thoroughly vet prospective tenants on your behalf. All tenants will be subject to interview, credit, payslip and bank statement checks. Local experts will prepare a detailed Inventory and Statement of Condition. Finally, as lawyers, we will ensure the Lease is correctly drawn and executed.

Insuring

The Independent Financial Centre's Financial Advisers can advise on all necessary insurances to protect your investment during the term of the Lease and can use the Independent Financial Centre's strength in the marketplace to ensure you have the cheapest and best mortgage.

Legal Advice
