Our team will meticulously prepare a detailed Inventory and Statement of Condition, whilst our expert Property Lawyers will ensure that a tightly drafted lease is drafted and executed correctly.

Discounted Legal Advice

We hope the Lease will be trouble free but if not, our Litigation Department is at our landlord clients' disposal to resolve disputes or recover debts. All Property Management clients receive discounted legal fees.
