It is important that prospective tenants understand what will be required before leasing one of our landlords' properties.
Prospective tenants should consider the following:
Our landlord clients specify certain requirements before they will agree to let their properties. Potential tenants should consider the following:
Prior to viewing we will ask you to complete a form which covers the points raised above but will also ask you to confirm that you have no criminal record or bad credit history.
Subject to satisfactory completion of the questionnaire and if we believe the property will be suitable for you, we will arrange for an accompanied viewing.
Once you have found a suitable property, you will require to complete an Application Form. We will require all your personal details as well as your consent to carry out a credit check. The costs of this will be detailed at the time.
Your Lease will explain the relationship between you and the landlord. It is an important document and you may therefore wish to take independent legal advice before signing it.
The Lease will specify that at least one month's rent must be paid in advance. You will also be required to pay a deposit at the time you sign the Lease.
