An exciting and new opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and friendly team based at our Elm Row office.  The role will involve a number of administrative duties but will mainly include the onboarding of new clients to the office.  

The main duties will include;

  • Dealing with initial enquiries from prospective clients and passing to the relevant team members.
  • Issuing of purchase quotations, recording same and following up with clients
  • Opening new files on our Visualfiles system and sending appropriate documents and links to client for onboarding
  • Sending and receiving AML requests and reviewing AML returns via Amiqus and completing strict due-diligence 
  • Provides support to our clients which will include face to face interaction
  • Providing report on all AML returns ensuring all verification checks are completed satisfactory
  • Liaising closely with fee earners ensuring all cases are completed or any issues are monitored closely and dealt with comprehensively 

Qualifications

Essential

  • National 5 / Higher qualifications or equivalent
