Lender Services Finance Assistant

Our busy Finance department are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join their team as a Lender Services Finance Assistant.

Role of Department:

The Lender Service Practice Group provides a complete range of debt recovery services utilising cutting edge technology and with specialists dealing with different debt types, all operating under a centralised management system allowing us to deliver consistently exceptional service. This role will support the department in respect of:

• Creating payments for Corporate Property Services on Banking System
• Posting slips and fees within our Case Management System
• Credit Control for Lender Clients
• Invoicing Lender Clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing remo/reco payments
• reconciling credits into account 
• issuing invoices to clients 
• paying 3rd party suppliers
• positing via accounting system 
• issuing of cheques 
• checking and posting fees 

Qualifications

Desirable

• Highers or equivalent in Mathematics and Accounts 

Skills and Experience

Desirable

• Good organisational and communication skills
• Able to work well as part of a team or independently 
• Keen eye for detail
• Experience in financial role  

Knowledge

Desirable

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
