What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact, you'll be the friendly voice and face that sets the tone for our clients' journey. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting clients and managing front-of-house enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Handling calls, emails and online enquiries with efficiency and care
- Visiting properties to bring them to market efficiently and professionally
- Managing your own portfolio of properties from listing to sale
- Negotiating offers to secure the best outcomes for clients
- Conducting accompanied viewings across the Ellon area
- Gathering feedback from potential buyers to inform strategy
- Supporting the team with ad hoc projects and general office administration
