Trainee Solicitor (Conveyancing) - Aberdeen
Position Type: Full-time/Permanent
Aberdein Considine are looking to recruit a Trainee Solicitor to join our Conveyancing Hub based in Aberdeen. Successful candidates must have completed their LLB Law degree and their Diploma in Legal Practice. The position will be for a 2 year training contract and we are looking at a start date of as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining large volumes of sale and purchase files
- Dealing with clients and managing their expectations
- Communicating with other legal firms and departments in order to maintain client satisfaction
- Dealing with a wide variety of lenders and complying with the CML Handbook
- Complying with Legislation and Law Society of Scotland regulations
