Position Type: Full-time / Permanent

We require a Senior Paralegal / Solicitor / Senior Solicitor to join our busy Corporate Conveyancing Team within our Lender Services Practice Group. The role is based in Aberdeen city centre within a large Corporate Property Services department. The successful candidate will benefit from a challenging and rewarding work environment.


  • Missive negotiation and conclusion
  • Examination of title for properties and the preparation of reports on titles
  • Preparation, execution and registration of discharges
  • Co-ordination and management of client specific requests and projects
  • Management of case load which will include all aspects of sale, purchase, separate representation and remortgage transactions
  • Reviewing and revising Shared Ownership or Shared Equity co-operation agreements
  • Holding “surgeries” and giving advice on any non-standard enquires from throughout the lender services practice group
  • Business development
  • Ensure LSPG policies and procedures are adhered to at all times


  • Paralegals to be registered Paralegals
  • Law LLB (Bsc) Hons Diploma in Professional Legal Practice for Solicitors
  • Both  to have minimum 2 years conveyancing experience
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience of working and managing own conveyancing case load for would be advantageous

  • Excellent written  and oral communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • A full, clean UK Drivers Licence


  • Knowledge of private client and corporate client conveyancing general procedures – legal reports, title review and undertakings
  • ARTL trained, would be desirable
