Position Type: Permanent / Full Time

This position is a fantastic opportunity for ideally an experienced IFA Administrator and/or someone with a minimum of 2 years banking experience looking to enhance their own knowledge and personally develop in a successful and supportive financial services company.

Using your administration experience (at least 2 years required), you’ll provide a complete administration service to our valued clients. The successful candidate will possess a positive, can do, forward thinking attitude to their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per the firm’s procedures
  • Maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm
  • Provide administration support including maintaining client files, data processing and diary management

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential

  • 2 Highers at Grade B
Desirable
  • Working towards industry exams in either financial planning and/or mortgage administration
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Desirable

  • Working within the financial or banking sector
KNOWLEDGE

Essential

  • Broad knowledge of financial services and processes
  • Basic understanding of the mortgage market
  • Excellent I.T skills (Microsoft Office)
