Position- Legal Secretary and Administrator

Aberdein Considine is one of the UK's fastest growing law firms and is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Perth office providing administration and secretarial support to the Conveyancing Partners and staff within the Perth and Dundee offices.
•Drafting Legal Documentation and exhibiting same to the buyers/sellers solicitor
•Meeting clients prior to legal settlement to sign the relevant deed(s).
•Ensuring all funds are in place by the client and lender prior to purchasing for the client.
•Ensuring that net proceeds and the final mortgage redemption is paid immediately after the clients sale.
•Registering dispositions and standard securities.
•Ensuring the clients' expectations are met at all times and are updated at all times.
•Registered Paralegal Qualification
•English and Maths at a Higher Level
Skills and Experience
•Knowledge of conveyancing procedures
•Ability to draft legal documentation
•Ability to draft statements of accounting
• Prioritising workload and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
•Excellent level of communication skills
• Time management
•Previous experience of working within Legal Sector
•Residential Conveyancing Experience
•Microsoft Word and outlook
