Position Type: Full Time / Permanent (Evening & Weekend Work)

Aberdein Considine are looking for a Property Adviser to join our Byres Road office. The job will involve dealing with customer enquiries and securing new business opportunities for the branch and Firm. The job will also include dealing with customer enquiries, getting properties on to the market, arranging and conducting viewings, finding buyers / tenants for the properties we are marketing and maximising business leads for other legal and financial services.

•             Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
•             Successfully convert valuations to new business
•             Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties
•             Maintain and manage an active database of buyers
•             Negotiate the best possible offer for each and every client
•             Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
•             Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times
•             A multifaceted estate agency and/or lettings position focused on;
1.            getting properties on the market
2.            finding buyers/tenants for the properties we are marketing
3.            maximising business leads for other legal and financial services
•             Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords
•             Conduct valuations (mainstream, lower/middle market properties)
•             Advise clients on an appropriate pricing and marketing strategy
•             Co-ordinate viewings
•             Conduct viewings
•             Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
•             Negotiate offers
•             Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements
•             Cross sell properties to applicants, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
•             Identify other services that are relevant to the applicants situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
•             Maximise every opportunity through maintaining a regular dialogue with applicants
•             Keep clients informed of all activity on their property (viewings, noted interests, etc)
•             Preparing concise summary property descriptions for particulars/web portals
•             Assist with property admin
•             Deal with inbound calls and emails


•             Educated to Higher level of above Desirable
•             Strong oral and written communication skills
•             Good presentation skills
