Job Description

Position Type: Full Time / Permanent (Evening & Weekend Work)

A frontline position in our Perth office, dealing with customer enquiries and securing new business opportunities for the branch and Firm. The job will include dealing with customer enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, valuations, and preparing sales schedules for new properties. The position will be focused on getting new properties on the market, finding buyers / tenants for the properties we are marketing, and maximising business leads for other legal and financial services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords Conduct valuations (mainstream, lower / middle market properties)
  • Advise clients on an appropriate pricing and marketing strategy
  • Co-ordinate / conduct viewings
  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
  • Negotiate offers
  • Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements
  • Cross sell properties to applicants, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
  • Identify other services that are relevant to the applicants situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
  • Maximise every opportunity through maintaining a regular dialogue with applicants
  • Preparing concise summary property descriptions for particulars/web portals
  • Assist with property administration
 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
  • Educated to Higher level or above

  • Advertising mediums relevant to the property industry

  • Knowledge of the conveyancing process (buying and selling)
  • Local Authority Building Standards/Planning Process
  • An understanding of financial services products
