An exciting new position has become available within our Estate Agency team based in our Byres Road, Glasgow office.
The successful candidate will manage their own workload within Estate Agency as well as managing and supporting the wider team and will interact with clients on a regular basis whilst managing the office.

ROLE OF DEPARTMENT
Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
Successfully convert valuations to new business
Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties
Maintain and manage an active database of buyers
Negotiate the best possible offer for each and every client
Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times
Manage and coordinate the day to day running of the branch
Finding buyers/tenants for the properties we are marketing
Maximising business leads for legal and financial services
Offer the highest levels of customer service to our clients
A senior position for those experienced in all aspects of estate agency and performing at an advanced level
Set daily business aims to help team achieve branch monthly target
Manage branch sales team to maximise number of property sales
Assist with recruitment and training
Support the implementation of Firm Policies
Assist with supporting junior members of the team
Deal with inbound calls and emails
Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements
Cross sell property, legal and financial services to applicants
Maximise sales opportunities through maintaining a regular dialogue with applicants
Cross sell a range of properties to applicants to encourage viewings
Co-ordinate viewings, obtain viewing feedback and communicate feedback to clients
Keep sales clients informed of all activity on their property
Negotiate offers, set closing dates, advise clients on best tactics regarding offers
Handle client objections/conflict
Assist with property admin as well as the preparation and submission of reporting
Work closely with resident solicitor and conveyancing teams to ensure an efficient and professional client experience throughout the transaction
Maintain quality standards
Educated to Higher level or above with a recognised industry qualification.
It would be desirable to possess the Propertymark Level 6 award in Sale of Residential Property Scotland
5 years plus estate agency branch experience with strong oral and written communication skills.
Well-presented and professional at all time displaying tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload
Ability to work under pressure within a face paced environment
Work well as part of a team
Proven track record of achieving targets
Experience of cross selling and building business
Must be able to work both unsupervised and with upper management
Local property market conditions
Local economic factors
Advertising mediums relevant to the property industry
An understanding of financial services products
Knowledge of the conveyancing process (buying and selling)
