Location: Glasgow (Byres Road office)

Position Type: Full Time / Permanent (Evening & Weekend Work)

A frontline position in our Byres Road office, dealing with customer enquiries and securing new business opportunities for the branch and Firm.

ROLE OF DEPARTMENT
 
•             Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
•             Successfully convert valuations to new business
•             Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties
•             Maintain and manage an active database of buyers
•             Negotiate the best possible offer for each and every client
•             Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
•             Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times
 
JOB PURPOSE
 
•             A multifaceted estate agency and/or lettings position focused on;
1.            getting properties on the market
2.            finding buyers/tenants for the properties we are marketing
3.            maximising business leads for other legal and financial services
•             A senior position for those experienced in all aspects of estate agency and performing at an advanced level
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to that of a Property Adviser:
•             Conduct valuations (bespoke properties, middle/top end of the market)
•             Handle client objections/conflict
•             Provide advice and recommendations on marketing and pricing strategy (i.e. aged stock/problem properties)
•             Assist with supporting junior members of the team

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
•             Educated to Higher level of above

•            An understanding of financial services products
