About the Role
As a Valuer with Aberdein Considine, you will be at the forefront of our success story. Your focus will be to:
- Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
- Convert valuations into instructions through exceptional service and expert guidance
- Provide accurate, evidence‑based market valuations
- Advise on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy
- Maximise exposure for client properties
- Maintain regular contact with prospective and current clients
- Spot opportunities to introduce other services across the firm
- Uphold our reputation for professionalism, reliability and market expertise

What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Experience in carrying out estate agency valuations, preferably in the North East property market.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident, approachable and professional manner
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain trusted relationships
- Excellent personal organisation and time management
- Ability to adapt to a variety of clients and situations
- Self‑motivation and resilience within a fast‑paced environment
- Reliability, honesty and complete respect for confidentiality
- Full UK clean driving licence
- Educated to Higher level or above
Desirable
- Previous estate agency experience
- Proven success in hitting or exceeding targets
- Experience conducting valuations and generating new business
Knowledge & Expertise
Essential
- Understanding of the local property market and economic factors
- Awareness of relevant advertising and marketing channels
Desirable
- Understanding of the buying/selling and conveyancing process
- Familiarity with planning and building standards
- Awareness of financial services products
