Viewing Agent - Stonehaven

Aberdein Considine are looking for a parttime Viewing Agent to join our busy office in Stonehaven. The successful candidate will be required to hold a clean driver’s licence and must be licenced to drive a vehicle with manual gears. There will also be a requirement for the suitable candidate to work evenings and Saturdays.

Role of Department

• Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
• Successfully convert valuations to new business
• Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties
• Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
• Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times

Job Purpose

• Show prospective buyers our stock of sale properties
• Promote the main features of each property
• Highlight other suitable properties to viewers
• Identify opportunities for legal and financial services and secure appointments for advisers/solicitors

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers
• Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to office
• Identify viewers specific property search requirements
• Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
• Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine

• Educated to Higher level or above
