Our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery offering provides outstanding service to a client base ranging from high-net worth private individuals and SMEs, through to large corporations, and many of the country’s leading Insolvency Practitioners and Financial Institutions.

In addition to Ross Webb and Euan McSherry in our Dispute Resolution department, our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team draws on the expertise of a range of partners and lawyers within the firm, including Ritchie Whyte and Michael Currie in Corporate, Paul Jennings and David Orr in Commercial Real Estate, Nicola Gray and Karen Harvie in Employment and Myra Scott and John Di Paola in Banking.
