As part of our continued commitment to ensuring our leasing and property management team are recognised amongst the best in their industry, Aberdein Considine have successfully applied to become fully licensed members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

ARLA is the country's foremost professional body for letting agents and was formed in 1981 as the professional and regulatory body for letting agents in the UK. It was recognised that the requirements of the residential lettings market were so detailed and specific that a separate organisation was required to promote standards in this important and growing sector of the property market.

As a leading Scottish Law Firm, we set our own standards of practice at the highest level. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our staff are fully trained and qualified in their own individual practice areas.  Membership of ARLA, in addition to our Accredited Letting Agent status with Landlord Accreditation Scotland, is further evidence of our firm’s commitment to adhere to the highest of standards, and demonstrate to landlords and tenants that our management practices are amongst the best in the country.
