The firm, which employs nearly 400 staff across 18 offices in Scotland, has 11 staff members who have recently achieved a long-service award, clocking up a total of 155 years of combined service with the firm.

Equity partner Michael Sinclair leads the way with 30 years’ service, partner Shona Morrison follows with 25 years’ service and both Mandy Paterson and Ruth Aberdein have been with the firm for 15 years. Sarah Considine, Rory Taylor, Emma Bremner, Fiona Wildgoose, Michelle Henderson, Nikki Christie and Tanya Robb have all achieved 10 years’ service awards.

The firm has also demonstrated its continued commitment to nurturing young talent with the appointment of 10 trainee solicitors across a variety of its Scotland-wide offices. Within its Aberdeen bases, the firm has welcomed Shaju Noor, Callum McInnes, Alan Adam and Stuart Allan. Cara Ramsay, Cameron Milne and Pamela Donaldson have taken up trainee roles within the firm’s Stonehaven office and Jordanna Blockley has joined its Inverurie office in a similar role.

Harvey Aberdein, managing partner at Aberdein Considine, said: “We place a great importance in having a blend of youth and experience within our workforce and I’m delighted with the mix that is currently present within our growing team across our 18 offices in Scotland.

“I’m delighted to welcome the 10 new faces to the firm and I very much hope that our new trainees go on to enjoy long and successful careers with us. I’d also like to both congratulate and thank Michael, Shona, Mandy, Ruth and the rest of our long service award winners for their continued commitment to the firm.”
