  • Multi-million pound structured re-finance of a hotel and leisure complex on behalf of a privately owned commercial finance provider;
  • Advising a major plc retailer on the management of its Scottish property portfolio including all new sites, re-sites and refits; and
  • Advising the Bank of Scotland plc on the re-gear of its Scottish Branch Network.
