Elaine is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution department with responsibility for the non-standard lender recovery work and our business and commercial recovery work.

She oversees the work carried out by the Solicitors and Trainee Solicitors in relation to residential, unsecured and business debt. Elaine also carries out a wide range of private client work in relation to disputes and has an aptitude for obtaining the best possible outcome for client taking into consideration any commerciality implications.

Elaine has an experienced court background and regularly appears on behalf of our clients all over Scotland in relation to substantive hearings. She is recommended by the Legal 500 guide to the world's best lawyers.
