Isabelle is a Partner in our Family Law Team, servicing clients across the north-east. She is accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in family law and is recommended by the Legal 500 guide, where she was described as “highly intelligent and diligent” and a key member of the family law team.

Isabelle is instructed in a wide range of family matters, including separation and divorce, financial provision, cohabitation claims and disputes involving children. She also regularly advises clients in relation to Cohabitation Agreements and Pre-Nuptial and Post Nuptial Agreements. Isabelle has an interest in other areas of law and her working knowledge of these areas of law has proved invaluable when dealing with more complex and unusual family law cases.

Isabelle provides sound and pragmatic advice which is tailored to each individual client and works tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome in every case. She aims to negotiate fair and reasonable settlement terms swiftly and amicably but she is also an experienced litigator.

She is a member of the Scottish Family Law Association, Aberdeen Bar Association, Scottish Collaborative Family Law Group and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
