  • Advising sellers of IFA/financial services businesses, AFS and IAS, to Succession Group;
  • Advising Kyotherm SAS on purchase of SPV with three biomass installations in Scotland;
  • Advising care home group on purchase of care home in Inverness; and
  • Advising Global Rugby Network Limited on EIS fundraising and investment documentation.
