Miranda is a Solicitor in the firm’s Employment Law team based in Aberdein Considine’s Multrees Walk office.

Miranda has experience in advising clients on a wide range Employment Law matters, from everyday HR issues, such as disciplinary and grievance processes, to more complicated restructures and the application of TUPE. She has advised a variety of clients including those in the retail, financial services, care, food and drink and public sectors.

She also has experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal matters including negotiating settlements and representing clients in Hearings. Recently, she successfully defended clients in two whistleblowing claims. Additionally, she has delivered in-house and public training on a number of HR and Employment Law topics.
