Ross is a Partner in Aberdein Considine's Dispute Resolution team and is recomended by the Legal 500 for his work in the field.

He regularly handles complex and high value cases in both sheriff courts throughout Scotland and the Court of Session. He has particular focus on professional negligence, finance litigation, property litigation, contentious insolvency matters, contractual disputes and debt recovery.

Ross trained at Warners Commercial before joining Aberdein Considine in 2013 and being assumed as partner 2015. He is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
