Ross trained at Warners Commercial before joining Aberdein Considine in 2013 and being assumed as partner 2015. He is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

Regularly acting on behalf of Insolvency Practitioners, creditors and directors providing pre and post appointment advice and where necessary appearing in court to deal with contentious appointment petitions
Successfully represented a commercial tenant in a disputed dilapidations claim, securing a £250,000 reduction
Successfully defending a commercial landlord at three-day Sheriff Court proof against a Tenancy of Shops (Scotland) Act 1949 application brought by William Hill
