Tom is an Associate and Notary Public within the Family Law team and is based primarily in Aberdeen but also is our resident Family Law solicitor in our Inverurie branch.

With a personal and direct approach, he will give informed and pragmatic advice to help secure the best outcome for you, no matter what life throws your way.

Tom has experience in dealing with all natures of family law cases, including those involving parental responsibilities and parental rights in respect of children, international relocation disputes, cohabitation agreements and financial issues arising from separation/divorce.

Tom has a particular interest in child maintenance disputes and Guardianship Orders. Tom regularly appears on behalf of clients in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has a keen interest in advocacy however he also recognises that some matters can be resolved without the need for Court and is a trained Collaborative solicitor.

Tom trained with Aberdein Considine and qualified as a Solicitor in 2017. Tom is a member of the Family Law Association in Scotland and of Consensus Collaboration Scotland.
