Position: Full Time/Permanent

A Property Management Assistant is required to join our busy Property Management team who manage a large portfolio of residential properties throughout the country.  The role would suit an enthusiastic and well organised individual looking for a challenging and varied career in the growing private rented sector.  


  • Initial point of contact for customers to report maintenance issues
  • Identifying and instructing relevant contractors to attend to reported maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive maintenance records
  • Monitor all instructed works and ensure completion within required timescales
  • Checking compliance requirements and ensuring all relevant certificates are in place and renewed in terms of legislative/best practice timescales
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent communication with landlords and tenants
  • Keeping the landlord and/or colleagues updated with any issues arising or progress of tasks being carried out
  • Providing support to property factors and other teams within the department
  • Identifying other business opportunities for this or other departments within the firm including sales, financial services, etc
