Position Type: Full Time / Permanent

Aberdein Considine are looking for a Property Adviser to join our busy Stonehaven branch. The role will involve carrying out viewings throughout Stonehaven with prospective buyers / tenants. The successful candidate would also be required to handle enquiries from prospective buyers whilst selling the services the firm has to offer. Evening and weekend work will be fundamental to the role therefore flexible working patterns will be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords
  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
  • Identify viewers specific property search requirements
  • Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
  • Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
  • Assisting the property team within the office dealing with general property enquires
  • Preparing Quotes (sale and purchase)
  • Opening VF sale/purchase matters
  • Creation of VF Posting Slips
  • Processing of payment of outlays
  • Creation of sales particulars
  • Preparation of Floor Plans
  • Editing of Images
  • Completion of paper sale file
  • Instructing a Home Report
  • Instructing photography
  • Placing a property live on the market
  • Submission onto Property Portals
  • Submission of Press Advertisements
  • Processing price reductions
  • Arranging window displays
  • Supporting with inbound calls
  • Supporting with inbound e-mails/web enquiries
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising/sending outgoing post
  • Erecting for sale boards/posters
  • Logging Keys/Checking Keys held in the office

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
  • Educated to Higher level or above

  • Full / clean UK Drivers Licence
