We have an exciting opportunity available within our Property Management team based within Aberdeen. The role of the successful individual will be to ensure all reported maintenance issues received are managed effectively and resolved to a satisfactory conclusion within required deadlines.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent communication with both landlord and tenant as well as ensuring that landlords, tenants and contractors are all kept up to date.
Arranging for any maintenance required to ensure compliance with the “Repairing Standard” and arranging for any works required from the inventory to be completed.
Providing general assistance to the Property Managers with the management of the firm’s property portfolio and clients is also required.
Ideally, you will have an ARLA Propertymark qualification and / or previous legal or property experience. It would be advantageous if you have a practical understanding of property and contractors. Being a team player with the ability to communicate effectively will be essential for the role.
