Aberdein Considine are looking for a Purchase Negotiator to join our busy Edinburgh offices. The successful candidate would be required to provide the best advice to clients and to guide them through the sale and purchase process as smoothly as possible answering any queries they may have. A full clean driver’s licence is essential.

ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

                 To provide advice to clients in relation to offering on properties they wish to purchase and taking instructions
                 To guide clients through the sale and purchase process, making the process as straightforward as possible
                 Maintain and manage an active database of buyers
                 Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
                 Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times
                 Manage own workload and time management
 
JOB PURPOSE
                 A multifaceted position focused on;
           1.  Ensuring we are offering accurate and concise market data when advising clients on offering
           2.  Securing properties for our clients
           3.  Maximising business leads for other legal and financial services
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
                 Dealing with new purchaser enquiries and advising on the process of buying a property in Scotland
                 Issuing of purchase quotations and following up on these in a timely fashion
                 Providing clients with clear and concise advice on each individual property they are interested in, including researching recent sales and providing comparable sales evidence
                 Noting Interest and negotiating offers on behalf of clients
                 Completing file set-up on new clients ensuring all relevant AML checks are completed
                 Selling the benefits of the firms other departments with regular referrals to our mortgage and financial advisors
                 Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge on local market trends

QUALIFICATIONS
