Aberdein Considine are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Operations & Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven knowledge and ability in Scottish residential conveyancing. Only a qualified solicitor or paralegal will be considered. The role will involve some element of travel within Scotland. Previous experience of case management systems would be an advantage.


The role will involve the following:
  • Residential Conveyancing Panel Management
  • Administration of Conveyancing Portals
  • Deed Registration Compliance
  • Deeds Submission Compliance
  • Revenue Scotland Compliance
  • Support with external working groups / committees
  • Visual Files Case Management workflow and styles development
  • Process/ system changes to the residential conveyancing process
  • Management of capacity levels / audit.
  • Supplier/ procurement of services assistance
