Aberdein Considine named as the top estate agent in Perth & Kinross

Aberdein Considine has been named as the best estate agent in Perth & Kinross by a panel of UK property experts.

The firm's Fair City branch has been confirmed as the regional winner in the British Property Awards 2021 and will now be entered into a national final later this year.

Judges measured agents all over Britain against a tough set of 25 different criteria, designed to establish which firms deliver outstanding customer service.

Mystery shop

The assessment process included a number of mystery shopping visits to establish the quality of experience offered by both the firm and the staff.

Stamp of approval

Agents were judged on a town-by-town basis, across a number of months, ensuring that only those agents that met a certain standard would be recognised and awarded.

The awards are designed to highlight excellence in the industry and provide consumers with a trusted stamp of approval on a local level as part of their decision making process.
