Firstly coffee before on with the day! In the morning discuss with the team what appointments are planned for the day/week as well as how the previous ones went, so that we make the most of our days and keep consistency in the team by working together. Then onto my emails, followed by contacting my clients who are currently on the market to stay in touch. Along with communicating with other clients who are considering moving and guiding them through the stages required to get them on the market and on the move! Some days I am in the office all day dealing with the branch admin and on others I may be carrying out a valuation or viewing, really offering support where the team needs it to help ensure clients receive the best experience with us.
Building relationships with clients and seeing the efforts the team put in.
Ask questions. Any question is worth asking; your estate agent is there to help you and guide you through the process, to make moving as stress-free as possible.
