First thing in the morning is to check the diary for the day ahead and sort through emails! I could be out at valuation appointments anywhere between Kingswells and Lumsden so organisation is key! If I’m not out and about, I’ll be in the office getting properties ready to go live on the market, which includes arranging photos, home reports and getting all the relevant documentation. Time is spent throughout the day catching up with the team, to see where we can support each other and to ensure clients are given the best service possible.
Seeing a happy client and knowing that we’ve made the selling and buying process as seamless as possible.
Buying and selling a home can be a daunting experience, so it has to be the right decision for you. Take time to weigh up the pros and cons of a property before you decide to take things any further. And there’s no such thing as a stupid question.
