Our most expensive home has officially sold

On the Edinburgh market for offers over £1,300,000, we're pleased to announce that our most expensive property has been sold.

The five-bedroom home entered the market earlier in the year and stole the hearts of everyone in our Elm Row office.

Found in the Grange Conservation Area which is one of the most desirable addresses in the capital, playing host to the city’s finest private and state schools, including the nearby George Watson’s College.

The property is within walking distance of the boutiques and bistros of Bruntsfield and Morningside, yet retains a sense of peaceful seclusion thanks to its exclusive location. It's easy to see why this property has gone under offer and we're looking forward to passing the keys over to the owners so they can enjoy their stunning new home.
