Rent out your home with Scotland's largest solicitor letting agent

Rent out your home with Scotland's largest solicitor letting agent

Aberdein Considine is Scotland's largest solicitor letting agent, acting on behalf of over 2,000 landlords.

Below are some of the reasons why so many landlords chose us to manage their property portfolios.

Everything 'under one roof'

With letting agents, lawyers and independent financial advisers all under one roof, we offer a unique range of services, including property letting, buy-to-let mortgages, conveyancing, property management and property maintenance

By offering an end-to-end service, we are able to save our clients time, money and stress.

Landlord Rent Guarantee

Earlier this year we launched a major new service for our fully managed landlords - Guaranteed Rend Payments.

Landlords who instruct this service will:
  • Receive their rent every month during the tenancy on time regardless of whether the tenant has paid it or not;
  • Have all their legal expenses covered if their tenants don’t leave the property. The rent will also continue to be paid in full until the recovery of possession;
  • Have 50% of the rent paid for up to 3 months after the tenant is evicted if the property is found to be damaged and needs to be refurbished; and
  • Receive legal expenses cover to pursue the tenant for recovery of the cost of damage to the property, if over and above the value of the deposit.
