Revealed: The seven housetypes to be built at The Trump Estate

The Trump Organisation has announced plans to invest another £150million to build luxury homes at its award-winning property to the north of Aberdeen. 

Representing the second phase of development on the 1,500 acre estate, Trump plans to build 500 residential homes, 50 hotel cottages, sports centre, retail, equestrian and commercial spaces, alongside other resort related leisure facilities.

This next tranche of investment forms part of the £750 million multi-phased development at the Aberdeen site and builds on the £100million invested during phase one which includes the world-renowned championship golf course, extensive driving range and practice facilities, permanent clubhouse and historic country house hotel, MacLeod House & Lodge.

Branded The Trump Estate, this new residential community will provide a range of two, three, four and five bedroom cottages, townhouses and mansions ranging from £295,000 to several million.  Drawing precedent from the region’s rich architectural heritage, the intention is to create luxury, spacious homes within a mature landscaped setting.

Seven housetypes are being proposed by developer, which are as follows.

1) The Balmoral - starting at £1.3million

The premium property on the Trump Estate is a five-bedroom, three-floor mansion overlooking the magnificent estate grounds.

With a footprint of more than 4,000 square feet including the optional grand orangery, The Balmoral is the ultimate country estate residence.

2) The Gordon - starting at £650,000
