Tens of thousands of people have taken virtual tours of Aberdein Considine properties in the four weeks since the technology launched.
With social distancing becoming the norm, we invested in the latest technology from the United States to create stunning virtual tours of the homes we sell.
Our Matterport cameras can scan every inch of a room in just a few seconds, creating a 3D simulation that you can walk through using your phone, tablet or computer.
Since going live in June, 64,154 virtual tours have been taken on the first 93 homes to use the technology - an average of 690 viewings each!

Our technology allowed us to get 18 Clarinda Terrace both on the market and under offer during lockdown.
The three-bedroom flat, in Edinburgh’s Liberton area, went live on June 10th and subsequently had 728 virtual viewings.
An offer on the property was accepted last week, on June 26th.

14 Mill Drive in Bucksburn, Aberdeen, was used to pilot the 360-degree technology. Just 48-hours after launching, an offer was submitted on the two-bed property, which was subsequently accepted.
