Dave is Aberdein Considine's Human Resources Director and runs the firm's national HR operation.
An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Dave oversees all of the business’s HR activities which include employee relations, recruitment and compliance. He also provides advice and guidance on employment related matters as well as on general HR related policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Aberdein Considine, Dave spent 23 years in the Royal Air Force.
