Rachael is the Quality Assurance Analyst based in Newcastle.
She manages customer issues across the Lender Services Practice Group. As part of her role Rachael also supports Quality Assurance.
She has worked in financial services for 15 years, specialising in customer service, complaint handling and quality assurance.
Rachael gained her Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) in August 2020 and joined Aberdine Considine in 2020.
