Susan is one of Aberdein Considine’s senior managers and oversees all training across the firm's three divisions throughout the UK.

With extensive experience working with all organisational levels creating, promoting and delivering training solutions designed to support the firm's’ business plan, Susan is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable business environment that supports learning.

Prior to this role, she worked for a national retailer designing and delivering successful programs in management development, communications, customer service, sales, as well as many other topics. Her work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of the organisation.
