Your rental property deposit is safeguarded by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for the duration of your tenancy. 

We place your money with a government-approved independent third party, within 30 days of your tenancy start date.

Out of hours help

As an Aberdein Considine tenant, a dedicated ARLA qualified property manager will be appointed to look after your tenancy, assisted by our maintenance support and inspection team.

However, should you need help outwith office hours, we also have a property management 'helpline' which you can call in emergencies.

Online fault reporting

Aberdein Considine tenants also benefit from the innovative ‘Fixflo’ online fault reporting system.

Fixflo allows tenants to report any fault or issue in their property via their smartphone, tablet or computer within seconds.

The system tells them what immediate action they need to take, if any, whilst simultaneously reporting the problem to our property maintenance team, who arrange for a professional to fix the problem.

Fixflo has three key benefits – it allows for quicker repairs, easy tracking of repairs and for clearer communication.

It is also programmed in 40 different languages.
